Our Minimum booking is 7 Nights (£40 is added to a 7 nights stay for cleaning)

Generally the prices shown below are indicitive of what we charge

June 2008 - £360 per week

July 2008 - £399-£450 per week

August 2008 - £500 per week

September-December 2008 - £350 per week

All prices exclude pool heating, which is an extra £11 per day.

Pricing below £350 usually occurs closer to the date of occupancy.

Although we offer you a good price, we try to maintain a high standard of residence with amenities and more importantly we guarantee that our Villa is 6.5 Miles from Marker 6 of the US192 which is the entrance to World Drive the start of Disney property.
